CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Kay has 30 years of hotel and hospitality experience. Her duties include managing financing, legal and marketing for the Inn. She is a lifelong Duluthian who loves visiting Enger Tower. Besides there, Kay recommends visitors check out the Vista Fleet and the Glensheen Mansion during their stay.
Michelle Johnson
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Michelle has 23 years of experience and oversees day-to-day operations at the hotel. She loves that her job allows her to meet new people everyday, and she enjoys fishing and jet skiing out on Lake Superior in her spare time. Hiking along the North Shore is Michelle’s guest recommendation.

Kali is more than happy to help you find what you’re looking for in Twin Ports attractions. She attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and in her spare time she enjoys catching a hockey game. Kali recommends checking out the Duluth Art Institute’s exhibitions at the Duluth Depot.
